  1. Intermediate – Attention all grade 8’s: Remember to get your completed souvenir graduation ceremony photo order form and money in to Mrs. Powers in the office before the graduation ceremony to ensure you get your souvenir photo.
  2. Secondary – Signature Driving School is offering an upcoming driving course in Prescott. It is July 4, 5, 6 & 7 from 9-4:30 at O’Reilly’s Independent Grocer. For more information call 1-800-206-9920.
  3. All Red Rams – Attention all grade 7-10 Girls! North Grenville District High School is offering a volleyball camp this summer.   The camp will focus on skill development, court knowledge and team building.   The camp will run August 8th to 12th, from 9am – noon.   The cost to attend is $95.00. All skill levels are welcome! For more information or to register, see Mrs. Dixie.
  4. All Red Rams – The servery portion of the cafeteria will be closed after today. In other words, there will be no food for sale for the rest of the school year beginning Thursday of this week. Also, there are no more lunches available from the main office. Please be sure to bring sufficient food from home to last you the entire day.
  5. Secondary – Looking for summer or after-school work? Come to the Employment and Education Centre’s youth employment programs on Thursday, June 23 at 3pm and on Thursday, July 7 at 3pm at 105 Strowger Blvd, Brockville. Register at eecentre@eventbrite.ca.
  6. Secondary – Mr. Hunter is looking for volunteers to help organize the art room. Sign up in the art room.
  7. Intermediate – There will be no more national anthem or morning announcements as the secondary students will be writing exams.

Secondary – We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Student Council elections.  Next year’s Student Council President will be Alaina Ng and our Vice President will be Leigha Geraghty.  There will be a Student Council meeting today at lunch in the art room for all current council members and all applicants for next year’s council.

  1.  Secondary – Dunk, Don’t Flunk!  Student Council is bringing you Oreo Day tomorrow as a food luck gesture before exams!  All you have to do is wear white and black and you’ll get an Oreo!
  2. Intermediate – Attention all grade 8’s: Recently you were given an order form for a souvenir graduation ceremony photo. The instructions on it are incorrect. Bring the completed form and money TO MRS. POWERS in the office before the graduation ceremony to ensure you get your souvenir photo.

Secondary – We have completed the application and interview process for 2016-2017 Student Council and have two candidates eligible for the Vice President position, Maia Edmonson and Leigha Geraghty. As a result, we will be holding elections for this position today. All non-graduating secondary students who are interested in participating in the elections are asked to head to the auditorium at the start of lunch on Monday.
  5. All Red Rams – A set of black & red Puma headphones are missing. If anyone has found them, please turn them in to the office.

  1. All Red Rams – Rowing Canada Aviron announced today their selection of 48 athletes for this year’s Canadian National Junior Rowing Team. We are excited to announce that one of our own will be representing Canada at the World Junior Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands from August 21st – 28th. Congratulations to Nick Everett on this amazing accomplishment. This is certainly an honour for Nick and we wish him all the best as he prepares for competition.

  8. All Red Rams – The Intermediate Track & Field Team participated in the UC Final yesterday at TISS. Hard work ethic and determination paid off for many students including Evan Henderson who captured 1st in high jump, Ashley Bruce jumping 2nd in triple jump, Clark Moore, Molly Gallagher and Izzy Howley attaining 3rd in their events as well as Faith Dekroon receiving 6th in 400m. Special mention goes out to the Girls’ Relay Team who received 4th in the girls’ relay. Great season everyone!
